Star Wars Annual #1 First Print Cover A – 1st Appearance of Eneb Ray – Marvel 2015

Star Wars Annual #1 is the first annual from Marvel’s 2015 Star Wars series and features the first appearance of Eneb Ray, a Rebel spy operating deep inside the Imperial government.

Written by Kieron Gillen with interior artwork by Angel Unzueta, this issue follows Eneb Ray as he attempts to protect Rebel-sympathetic senators while working undercover on Coruscant. The story places him directly in conflict with Emperor Palpatine and ties into the larger Marvel-era Star Wars continuity. Marvel later brought Eneb Ray back in the Rebel Jail storyline.

This copy features the regular first-print Cover A by John Cassaday, with colors by Paul Mounts. Marvel’s original solicitation lists the issue at 40 pages with a $4.99 cover price.
