This is the scarcer Sara Richard incentive cover, not the standard Chris Evenhuis Cover A. IDW’s solicitation states that retailers ordering 10 copies qualified for one Sara Richard variant. 

The issue itself is not generally classified as a major key, but the incentive cover has considerably less market availability than the regular edition.
